Facility Activity Status Setup

This screen is used to configure the facility activity status. A facility can be renewed or created for the first time or amendments could be done. Thus, based on those activities, status can be configured as per bank’s requirement. Bank can configure various activities as per their requirements. Currently, CLOS has been configured to supports following facility activity:

  • New Facility
  • Amend Existing Facility
  • Renew Existing Facility

View

After selecting Facility Activity Status Setup from the Facility Management module, user will be shown the main screen where the following fields with data will be visible along with search option and add activity button.

  • Activity Code
  • Activity Key
  • Activity Status Short Name
  • Activity Status Description
  • Status
  • Action (Edit, Delete)

The search criteria for the search options are as follows:

  • Activity Code
  • Activity Key
  • Activity Status Short Name
  • Activity Status Description

Add

To add a new activity, User can press the green “Add Activity” button on the right, after which they will be redirected to the main screen where the following fieldsneededto be filled and clicked on save button. If the user wants to cancel adding a facility activity, then user can click on cancel button where the user views a pop-up saying “Are you sure you want to cancel. All unsaved data gets discarded” with yes/no option.

status Status is to mention if this is active or inactive. If this is marked as inactive, then it will not appear in the respective screens. Mandatory dropdown

Edit

Clicking on the Edit icon (Action Column)navigates the user to the screen where the user can make changes to relevant activity data and save the changes. User cannot edit code and key. User can choose to cancel the changes made by clicking on cancel button. User views a pop-up saying “Are you sure you want to cancel. All unsaved data gets discarded” with yes/no option.

Delete

Clicking on the Delete icon (Action Column) a pop-up displays prompting for confirmation if the user is sure about deleting the record.User can press “Yes” if they wish to delete the activity, and if they don’t want to delete then they can press on “No”.
